I would say as a rule, your never more than 10 miles (40 minutes), from paradise.
Amazing when it rolls just right too.

We rode down to the jewel of the Hertfordshire landscape, The lea valley nature reserve.
Major excavation went down there in the 1950's, for Rubble of sorts. The area then became a part of a huge wildlife conservation scheme which was left to blossom untouched for many years. Now it's mile upon mile of beautiful lake and tree. English suburbs are rad too (I grew up in one)
